Just Cat Things

What is this game about? 

Small enough to fit on a business card, this game lets you tell a slice-of-life story about a group of cats. Players take on the roles of curious, clever or chaotic felines, as they chase small goals with big emotions - defending territory, cheering up their human, or tracking down lost friends.

It's optimized for around 3 players, but can be played with less - or more - or even GMless (with greater focus on the roll tables in the back). 

Perfect for quick sessions, cozy storytelling or when you just want to explore the world through the eyes of a cat for a while. 

Version 2.0 out now!

This new version now comes with extra character sheets and some notes for the GM about running the game! These notes include:

• Establishing questions for the beginning of the session
• Some notes on the rules of the game
• How to use the Goal, Twist and Challenge Tables
• A list of possible narrative complications on a Failed roll

Got a physical version?

If you have the printed card, that's great, thank you for taking it with you! I recommend to print out a few more sheets for the players here (there is also a black and white version) to get started playing. Or just write their stats on a piece of paper. 

The printed version is laminated, so you can write with a fineliner pen on it, and erase it easily, after you're done.
